Owner’s Letter

Dear researcher,

Choosing a research supplier takes trust. You deserve clear information about what you’re buying, testing you can review, and people who take your questions seriously. That’s the standard I want Alux Research to meet every day.

A manufacturer’s lab report alone isn’t enough for us. We independently test the batches we receive and make our Certificates of Analysis available for you to examine. You should have more than our word to guide your decision.

That care should extend to your entire experience—from fair pricing and thoughtful packaging to reliable fulfillment and responsive support.

I take pride in the care we put into every order, but we’re human, and we won’t always get everything right. There are also things we can’t fully control, like a shipment being delayed in transit. What I can promise is that we’ll take your concern seriously and stay involved. If the mistake is ours, we’ll own it and make it right. If the problem is with a carrier, we’ll help track down answers and work toward a resolution. Our responsibility to you doesn’t end when your package leaves our hands.

I’m proud of what we’re building, and I know we can always improve. If something falls short—or you see something we could do better—I want to hear about it. Your feedback matters, especially when it’s difficult to hear.
